Music to Our Ears!

Literacy: in the early years literacy includes a range of modes of communication including music, movement, dance, storytelling, visual arts, media and drama, as well as talking, reading and writing.

BELONGING, BEING & BECOMING The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia.

For Educational Experience we believe that from a young age children should be exposed to and immerse in music. As a child develops we believe that music plays a part in enhancing social skills, encourages complex fine and gross motor skills and can improve a child's academic ability.

Join us in May to celebrate music in learning! Each Monday we will have feature articles that promote the use of music in house, centre and school. Our aim is to entice parents, carers, educators and teachers to embrace music in every facet of learning!

Some of fondest memories from school are connected to music; all of us can connect our life achievements with certain music.
