Inclusion and Wellbeing
Inclusion is practicing an awareness and respect for others perspectives, differences and values regardless of age, gender, language, religion, lifestyle, family arrangements and circumstances, abilities and disabilities. Wellbeing is a cyclical process hat is positively affected by inclusive practice that is authentic and true. Both, however, require exploration to develop an awareness of the concept. Through charts, mirrors, dolls and books, children have the opportunity ti independently and critically construct meaning to their world.
